Delivery times provided are estimates. Our company will not entertain any financial claims for late or incorrect deliveries under any circumstances.

If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 24 hours via email. Be sure to attach photos that clearly show the damage, along with a copy of the bill and the quantity of the damaged goods.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside India.

DELIVERIES

Our fast and secure delivery service covers the entire mainland of India. We offer a booking service that takes 2-5 working days to arrive.

We reiterate that you should not schedule any installers until your goods have been received and checked.

The booking service allows you to choose a suitable date, ensuring you can arrange assistance, if necessary, given the size and weight of your orders. ( orders can range from 25-1000kg)

For orders over ₹2,00,000, delivery is FREE.

Deliveries will be made on a goods wagon with a tail lift and a pump truck. You can specify any access restrictions on the cart page (in the special instructions box). If there's no access to a heavy goods vehicle (HGV), please inform us, as there may be an additional charge for booking a smaller van.

Please note that the (s) cannot be delivered to pebble, shingle, or uneven surfaces. Drivers cannot carry the order into your property.

Vehicles cannot enter private driveways.
