Why Request a Sample Tile?

We understand that selecting the perfect tile for your home can be a challenging decision. While we make every effort to showcase our tiles through photos and room settings on our website, the true texture, quality, and color can vary depending on your device's display settings. To ensure you make the right choice, we highly recommend requesting a free sample tile once you've narrowed down your search.

Full-Size Samples?

Our sample tiles are conveniently packaged in small postal boxes, designed to fit through your letterbox for your convenience. However, please note that tiles larger than 15x15 will be provided as off-cuts due to size and weight restrictions. In the case of smaller tiles, such as Metro 10x20cm or Rustico 7.5x15cm, we strive to send you full-sized tiles whenever possible. Keep in mind that we send only one copy of each tile per request, as our sample service is intended to provide you with a better understanding of tile quality, texture, and color, rather than for setting up wall or floor displays.

For multi-pattern tiles, we send two different prints to illustrate the range of patterns or colors you can expect. Depending on the tile's size, you may receive these as off-cuts, such as with the Nikea 20x20 (two half-tiles sent) or wood-effect tiles (two different off-cuts sent). The number of off-cuts may be reduced to one if you request multiple samples, and the box exceeds its weight limit.

Sample Tile Costs?

All our sample tiles are offered free of charge, up to a maximum of three individual sample tiles with free delivery. If you request more than three samples, a delivery charge may apply, which increases with the number of samples requested, based on their weight.

Please note that if you place separate orders for more than three samples, we will combine them into a single order and send a payment request for the applicable delivery charge. Our commitment to providing three free samples reflects our dedication to assisting you in your tile selection process, while also managing the costs involved.

Sample Tile Delivery Time?

Our free sample tiles are delivered using the FedX service, with a typical lead time of 2-4 days. However, depending on your local postal service's workload, it may take up to 10 days for delivery. For larger orders or those with paid delivery, the shipping method may vary based on the order's weight.

Delivery Method

Your sample tiles will be delivered in a small brown postal box that can easily fit through your letterbox. FedEx will deliver your tiles in a small square brown box, and a signature will be required upon acceptance. This delivery option generally takes 1-2 days, with no weekend deliveries available.
